As each item is individually handcrafted to order (unless specified it is a pre-made item), please take into consideration our current processing times before your order is dispatched.
SHIPPING
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number from Sendle or Australia Post once your order leaves our boutique. All parcels require a signature upon delivery.
Fluffy Tales is not responsible for any order sent to an incorrect address or is returned due to incorrect details. Please ensure the shipping address is correct prior to confirming purchase at checkout.
We are not responsible for any items that are lost or missing during transit. Please contact us if there are any issues with your delivery - We endeavor to resolve any issues relating to postage within 24 - 48 hours of being notified!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping starts from $7.05 for tracked local orders and $8.50 for tracked domestic orders within all Australia, and change depending on the size and weight's parcel.
FREE Shipping on orders over $150.
Local and domestic orders will be shipped via Sendle or Australia Post.
Your item will be delivered approximately between 2 - 6 business days.
