What is your return policy?
As Fluffy Tales is solely handmade to order, unfortunately we cannot offer returns.
We have a detailed sizing chart guide available to ensure you find the right fit!
We do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind about your order or purchased the incorrect size.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- You have received a faulty product.
- You have received an incorrect size/product to what you have ordered.
We require you contact us within 3 days of receiving your product, and email details to info.fluffytalesau@gmail.com
How long does it take an order to ship?
Each product has a processing time of approximately of 10 to 25 business days. This does not include shipping. If you order items from different collections it will follow the two weeks processing time. We will provide an estimated shipping date for each item you buy.
Can you add items to an existing order?
Yes, of course you can lovely! If you want to add more items onto your existing order, please get in touch. You need to be aware that your order may incur some extra processing time, although we can usually add this into our current time frame, because you're always first.
Can you add items to an existing order?
Not at the moment, as we also work full time, but we are pretty confident of our deliveries.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer Free National shipping on all orders over 100AUD.
What are the special care instructions?
Be gentle with your hardware!
- Cold hand wash only with mild soap/ water mixture, or a non-abrasive detergent, you can use washing machine.
- Do not add any bleach products.
- Do not soak in water
- Ensure all detergent is rinsed off the product.
- Do not dry clean
- Put it to dry
** While your new dog accessory may be so unique and stylish to take off, we would suggest removing it from sleep time, rough play dates or muddy adventures to avoid excess dirt.
How can my fluffy be your model on instagram?
We will hold a model search on our insta (@fluffytales.au) so every furry will be able to participate. Then we will hold model search every 3 or so months. Keep an eye on our insta for the next one.
