We carefully do our research and create products that we know will stand the test of time, all while keeping your fluffy friend safe and looking wonderful as well. Every piece is designed and handcrafted to ensure maximum durability and comfort. Designs are not just for aesthetics.

Did you buy a Collar/Lead? 

Be gentle with your hardware!

- Cold hand wash only with mild soap/ water mixture, or a non-abrasive detergent.

- Do not add any bleach products.

- Keep away from the washing machine.

- Ensure all detergent is rinsed off the product.

- Dry all hardware immediately with soft cloth.

- Do not dry clean.

- Lay them flat in shady position out of the sun to dry.

- Warm iron on reverse side.

Did you buy a bandana?​

By far the easiest and better way to wash!it is by hand wash or washing machine. After you wash your bandanas give them an iron to ensure they stay in shape.

Did you get a bow?

If you wash your BOW please ensure the velcro is sealed closed or you will ruin the velcro and it won't stick! Do not IRON!
